RO membrane in RO AquaSure water purifier

Do you know every Eureka Forbes RO water filter comes with the TFC spiral RO membrane? It will be wise on your part to first know about the types of membranes used in the domestic RO water filter, know about the significance of each, and then proceed towards buying one. Well, this is not the only factor to consider. Brand reputation, quality, technology incorporated, innovation, purification effectiveness – all these factors also need to be taken into consideration so that what you buy is the best. Ask health conscious individuals around about the Eureka Forbes RO water filter; you will get positive responses. You will be surprised to know that the consumers from whom you get the responses are all Eureka Forbes RO water filter users!

There are generally two common types of household RO membranes used – these are Cellulose Triacetate (CTA) and Thin Film Composite (TFC or TFM) membranes. RO AquaSure water purifier, as aforesaid, comes with the TFC types. Differences between the two are in terms of chlorine tolerance and filtration ability. While TFC rejects 98 percent of standard contaminants, CTA rejects only 90 percent. TFC is less susceptible to bacterial odor while CTA is more susceptible to organic fouling. One advantage of CTA here is that it can purify chlorinated water. For TFC, use of a pre carbon treatment cartridge is a must. This is the reason why every RO AquaSure water purifier comes with pre-carbon treatment facility.

RO AquaSure water purifier series includes Spring Fresh DX, Elegant RO, and Nano RO.
