AquaSure Elegant RO and customer service support

It has been over two years now that we have been enjoying the benefits of using this Eurekaforbes AquaSure water purifier called Elegant RO. The five stage purification process, as is mentioned in the manual, helps in the removal of unwanted salts, reduction of TDS by 90 percent, and elimination of the A to Z of contaminants. We have been drinking sweet and pure water ever since we got the Eurekaforbes product installed in our kitchen. We are a small family and the 6 litres storage capacity is enough to meet our daily needs. Few features I feel like mentioning here about the AquaSure Elegant RO are micro switch float to avoid over flow, manual flush, auto shut off if not used for over 10 minutes, and glass holding facility.

           

Eureka Forbes customer care executives are very courteous and prompt in responding. Cartridges need to be changed regularly and to check the effectiveness of the membrane, we availed after sales service support thrice. We are satisfied with their prompt service support! Though warranty of our Eurekaforbes AquaSure is over yet Eureka Forbes customer care executives have always assured of prompt service support within 24 hours and they did keep their promise!
